AMC Government Solutions provides high quality, best value language training, linguist support and enterprise support services to government customers. We focus on providing the highest quality professionals, maintain a performance-oriented culture and are extremely responsive to customer needs. AMC was founded in 1969 and is based in Honolulu, HI but provides services at locations across the US and OCONUS. Our language instruction program is accredited by CEA.

A native of Pennsylvania, Ryan Bailey is the Director and Owner of AMC Government Solutions. Ryan has been supporting a wide variety of government programs for over 13 years with an emphasis on language training, linguist support and technical support services. Prior to Academia, Ryan worked in the fields of finance, management advisory and software product development. Ryan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics and also has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering.

As Director of Operations, Karen Lee oversees daily operations to maintain seamless progress. She strengthens the organization's human resources through recruitment, onboarding, and the development of HR policies and programs. Additionally, she spearheads research efforts and implements strategic directives to drive business expansion. Fl

She strengthens the organization's human resources through recruitment, onboarding, and the development of HR policies and programs. Additionally, she spearheads research efforts and implements strategic directives to drive business expansion. Fluent in Korean, she enhances and facilitates cross-cultural communication. Karen holds a B.B.A in Finance and International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by a minor in Political Science.

As Director of Language Programs, Larry Rhodes coordinates all areas of language instruction, develops policies related to program administration, and works with customers and instructional staff to develop curriculum to suit the needs of clients. Larry studied Japanese Politics at the The University of Hawaii at Manoa, taking a year’s leave to conduct doctoral research through the Economics Department of Shinshu University in Nagano, Japan for a Ph.D. in Political Science. Larry also has an M.A. in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University.
